JJ - I may not have a suggestion for your brand but do understand what you have said about how you are different from the others. I, too, find myself much more 'balanced' than at the extremes. But here is my suggestion for your book. Perhaps instead of architect, you are really an archeologist or guide....
(Book-- A short title with subtitle and some back-cover copy)
Best Body Yet
Your path to unearthing the fit body and healthy lifestyle you know you were born to have
Deep inside, most of us already know what we need to do, but we can't 'remember' how to get there. Dig in with America's celebrated and inspiring fitness guide J.J. Flizanes to learn:
simple ways to redirect your focus for quicker results,
smart strategies to keep your body-and-brain metamorphosis on track and
foundational techniques for living on as the happy and healthy person you know you were always meant to be.

The quote you shared from Marianne Williamson rings constantly in my brain too. Why ARE we afraid of our light? I have many wonderful girlfriends who seem to struggle with this (more than the guys). I am very inspired by you!! You are achieving what I have begun envisioning for myself (in another field), but am just not sure how to get from a to b and beyond. I was wondering who's online/marketing advice you have been following to set up your business? I'm a single mom who needs the income from a steady job but want to get involved in a viable venture where I can help others, particularly women, have more flexibility in my life, and of course, make money. Been in nonprofits and communications for the past 20 years.
I think there is a synergy to being involved with deciding to do something so positive, so I'll check further into doing your 90 day makeover or other program! Thanks for all you are doing and good luck!!
